TIKI CLASSICS

—Daiquiri—

The one cocktail to rule them all. The Daiquiri in some circles is considered the original cocktail, as sailors mixed Lime and Sugar with their Rum Ration to stave off scurvy. We use Plantation 3 star, a fantastic blended lightly aged white rum with funky Jamaican notes for our house option.

—Missionary’s Downfall—

A deliciously sweet yet refreshing classic created by Don the Beachcomber in Hollywood, California circa 1930 with Aged Rum with Peach Liqueur, Mint, Agave Nectar and Fresh Lime.

—Corn and Oil—

Doorlys 5, Velvet Falernum and Angostura Bitters

—Mai Tai—

In the traditional style of Trader Vic’s we take Blended Aged Rum, Curacao, Lime Juice and Orgeat and serve it up strong.

—Pina Colada—

A tropical dream that stands the test of time, but we’ve made the simple addition of Mango to enhance the creamy fruitiness of this Pineapple and Coconut Classic.

—Jungle Bird—

A new school classic with old school heritage, Jamaican Rum, Pineapple and Lime make the backbone of this classic before Campari comes along and changes everything with complex Orange Bitter Notes. A bartenders favourite.

Work on your drawl, with Bayou Rum, Hennessy, Campari and Guava with Peychaud’s Bitters and Basil.

—Kung Fu Pandan—

Pandan is a leaf with lovely fruity vanilla and coconut notes. We mix it with Red leg Rum, Ron Abuelo, Orgeat, Falernum, Lime, Coconut Milk and Whites to make this a delicious rich tropical treat.
